Bugs:
- Building tiles disappearing bug is fixed
- Nowhere to place building scenario fixed
- Ordering issues fixed
Gameplay/content:
- Added Lighthouse building
Polish/Balancing:
- Wells make more water.
- Increased field and house max water.
- Changed Hexpack price increase from *1.5 to *1.2 + 50
- Increased mine spawn rate
